Company Interiors were contracted under a Design and Build Contract to undertake a total upgrade and modernisation or a Landlords building to attract new Tenants to a 100,000 sq ft building.
After presenting some sketch layouts and visuals the project proceeded through building regulation approvals and a full refurbishment including WC’s and Core Areas. The replacement on all internal core doors to solid core black laminate, flooring, lighting designs and signage. The internal ground floor has a biophilic design principle with large moss walls, oak slatwall and large central tree feature in matching black pot.
