Flexible ways of working - Flexible Working is an HR Term originally designed to provide flexibility in the hours you worked in a given day. It was often requested by returning Mothers who traditionally took the brunt of the childcare. It has become synonymous with Agile and Hybrid working whereby people want more flexibility in where, when and how they work.

New Ways of working also encompasses providing lockers for when staff come to the office that they can take to their working area and again put away when the leave the office.
