Flexible ways of working - Flexible Working is an HR Term originally designed to provide flexibility in the hours you worked in a given day. It was often requested by returning Mothers who traditionally took the brunt of the childcare. It has become synonymous with Agile and Hybrid working whereby people want more flexibility in where, when and how they work.
